I joined Lena's yoga classes a month ago intending to participate in one per week, however, I'm now hooked and do two per week! I'd do them everyday if I could!
Lena is an excellent and dynamic yoga teacher. She is a clear communicator and ensures that all her students are practising good technique. She seems to quickly understand your strengths and limitations and she caters for each individual in her class.
Lena's classes pay attention to spirituality as well as physical well-being. I leave the classes feeling well exercised, but also calm and grounded. I can wholeheartedly recommend Lena as an excellent and knowledgeable practitioner and a skilled teacher. She's also good fun!

Lena leads a beautiful, fluid and mindful yoga class which left me feeling relaxed and open. Not only are her classes meditative and easeful, but she also challenges you as a yogi and pushes you to try new postures and transitions. To lie in savasana at the end of a class and receive a beautiful massage is an experience that everyone should have, whether you are new to yoga or have had a steady practice for years. Thank you Lena! Also she makes a damn good vegan chocolate cake (with glitter)!
